Flex not tracking

My flFlex has stopped tracking steps. I've updated the app. I've restarted the Flex. I've done everything I can think of/find.

 

Is there anything else I can do? Is it time to find a replacement?

Hi, @Moebs! Do you know if your Flex is syncing? Have you checked within the actual tile to see if your steps are showing up? Also, do you see the progress dots on your Flex changing? There is an issue with the current Android app version that it's not showing steps on the main tile.

Hmm, very strange. In that case, I would suggest trying to restart it a few more times just in case, sometimes it takes a few goes to actually take. Other than that, you might be best off contacting Fitbit Support directly.
