Flex won't sync with Samsung Galaxy S7

OK.  I have posted in the past on this forum.  I am officially done with Fitbit !  Just purchased a Garmin VivoSmart 4 today and there is no going back.  I have been a loyal Fitbit user for over 5 years.  My wife also owns a Fitbit.  Even purchased the Aria Scale.  After numerous attempts to work around the new Fitbit App version that was installed in August 2019, I have finally had it with this company.  They don't listen to us about all the issues with the App and seem to think that we are just fabricating a non issue.  A company that doesn't stand by its products and listen to its customers will not get any of my future business.

 

Good Bye Fitbit !
