I have a fitbit versa that I have been using since Christmas. It has always provided me with the new sleep data but over the last week all I have been getting is the basic sleep data. I have tried updating and also checked to see that my sleep is on sensitive and yet it still comes up as basic. Any help would be great. Thank you

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you received basic sleep and how many times since then? Also, did you receive any error message in the actual sleep log? To check this, please tap on the actual basic sleep log and scroll down, then, if applicable, please send me a screenshot of that specific error message. You can refer to this post to do so.
