Since the App update this week my phone can't find my fitbit and the App won't sync. I've emailed Fitbit but they say it's my devices!! But they were fine before the update. Please help!! Can I go back to a previous version?

Before looking at going back to the old version of the app you might want to try restarting your phone and then restarting your Flex 2 by:
You’ll know the connection is secure when the pebble vibrates and you see the indicator lights blinking.
I've seen other posts with syncing issues after an update and the restarts can help resolve this.

Thanks. I've done that (several times now) and my phone is finding the Flex2 but the App won't sync still. And I've just had another app update run!

Another thing that has worked for me in the past is to go into the phone's bluetooth settings and "forgetting" the link to the fitbit before trying the sync again.
