Flex2 wont sync with HTC desire

I got my flex2 at the end of Jan and it's always been fine but suddenly it won't sync anymore. I've tried doing a reset whilst it's on charge but it hasn't worked. Any other ideas x

Hello @Jaysbird60, welcome to the Community, it's good to see you around. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've been experiencing difficulties to sync your Flex 2 with your HTC Desire. Before considering other options, make sure your phone is listed as compatible device, otherwise it's possible that you will experience some trouble with syncing and other features. 

 

You can also try all the steps provided here, they have been helpful to other users having similar difficulties.
