I've done so many floors, especially today and my fit bit always says I've done zero. Why? I want floors counted. What's the problem?

We'll be happy to help you figure out what is going on.

 

In this case I'd like to second what @SunsetRunner mention and ask what Fitbit is it that you are using. That could explain what is going on. Do be sure to follow the article that was linked to as it should explain how is it that you can get more steps on your Fitbit.
