Font size changed to huge

Hello, last night the font on my fitbit the font is showing us as huge. I did restart my phone and it did not help. Please help me get this back to normal. thanks

Hi, @DebbieOBX , welcome to the community, I think you may have inadvertently changed the text sizes in your "Accessibility" settings on your phone. You do not mention the make or model of your cellphone, I'm not familiar with iPhones but in my Android (Pixel 6 Pro) you can reach it as follows. From your phone settings>Accessabilty>Display size & text (or the bold settings)

This has happened to me too! Support advise was to connect fitbit to charger and hold button for 5 seconds till smiley face appears. Tried this twice to no avail 😫

Hi, @66Anne , in your phone settings. My earlier post describes how to get there on Android if you have an iPhone you need to look for Accessibility settings.

Hi, @66Anne & @DebbieOBX, All I can say is that having played with my Accessibility settings on my phone I can create the effects shown in your screenshots. I have quite a lot of experience with these apps and I think that is where your problem may lie. I recommend you investigate your phone's Accessibility settings, If you can't make progress please provide more information, Make & model of your cellphone, the steps you have taken & the results.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding the new app.

In order to adjust the size of your new app, you'll need to go directly to your phone, instead of going to the tracker.

What @Gr4ndp4 kindly suggested is to try to go into "Accessibility" settings on your phone and through that tool change the phone font size.

Don't apologise! Think the button to press is on your fitbit whilst it's
charging. Hold for 5 seconds until you see a smiley face on the screen.
That said - sadly it didn't work for me. I've still got a ridiculously
large font! 😕

Mine changed and is ridiculous now too!!! It was normal one min and next time I looked it was humungous. What do we do to make this normal again?? I have a luxe I believe.

Nope mine did it as well. One minute it was normal font next time I checked it was huge!! Anyone really know how to reset this??

THAT DOENST WORK. This is a fitbit thing on their end. No one changed their settings!

It's just happened to my husband's account now. He thinks it's an update
which means we've probably got to live with it. 😱

This happened to me too with the update. It's now many screens to get a quick update a single glance provided before. This is crazy and might be the end of this app for me if it can't be changed. Not my phone accessibility problem it's the app.

I would like to make the font smaller on the app.  The new home page is a bit big for my taste.

I guess fitbit updates automatically without telling us. 

My home page now displays in a much larger font - which I do not like. It also displays things I do not wish to display and has changed the order of what is displayed. So far I cannot find (1) how to reduce the font size, (2) how to remove things from the home display page that I am not interested in, and (3) how to arrange my home page to display things in the order that I want. 
Any ideas?

Hi @ssgesq - unfortunately you can't change the huge font size, you can't go back to the previous version either. There is a custom front page you can make but it has less information because of the huge font.

I absolutely agree. I could accept the change if it was for the better but
this is ghastly! I'm with you, if it doesn't revert I'll stop using fitbit.
