Sunday calories in is off on the graph, the numbers in the other screenshot are accurate

All last week also the graph was inaccurate but then on Sunday everything balanced out accurately for last week but Sunday is not showing correctly

Ideas?

I think I'm having the same problem. The calories out on the food tile are not updating.  See the orange circled areas on the screenshots below. I do have my nutrition plan set at a -250 deficit, but this still does not make sense.  Is this the same problem as you are having?  Did your problem resolve?

I have tried manually syncing, forcing stop on the app, restarting my phone and watch.  None of those options worked. I uninstalled and re-installed the app on my phone.  This solved the problem for the past two days, but when I started to log food after re-installing the problem started again.

I'm so very frustrated with FitBit.  In addition to this I have had  problems syncing with Peloton work outs.  I stopped using the heart rate function for my workouts.  I've loved Fitbit for years, but it seems like it might be time to try something else. So disappointed!

Yes the graph inconsistencies are the same as you are describing

This week mine has been getting worse... not even tracking the out calories anymore on the graph

That's awful!  Sorry to hear it.  The day this started there was an app update (12/9). I'm assuming that's the root of the problem. Maybe try to update your app if if it hasn't updated already... I'd love to see someone from FitBit comment/help though!  Good luck!

I'm also having this issue. I had it on version 4.3 and still on 4.32. It only seems to manifest for me when I log a workout through my Pixel Watch 3. Previously the uninstalling and reinstalling worked, but that stopped. Logging out and back in worked a couple times, but now that isn't working anymore either.

Based on previous posts, I feel like it's not going to be fixed for some time..if ever.

I was just getting back into tracking when this happened to me.  I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, and my phone also updated a few times (I have a Samsung Galaxy S22). It now seems to be working again; however I have been sick so haven't been back to tracking to know for sure... hoping to find out soon.

I agree though, this is not an isolated incident.  It's happened before, after updates, I believe.  It is demoralizing when I'm all-in on tracking only to have a Fitbit glitch.

this seems like an Android problem maybe?  Its happening to me as well.  It fixes itself if I log out and log back in, but I dont want to do that every day.

Just now realizing this is through a Charge 6 thread, though the problem seems to be the same. I've narrowed it down to any time I log a run on my Pixel Watch 3 that my calories out end up freezing. Sometimes it takes a day before logging out and logging back into the Fitbit app on my phone.
