I have added food as per the ap but it disappears and doesn't save. I'm in New Zealand. Can only American's do this?

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on. The food shouldn't disappear at all, it doesn't have anything to do with the country.
Where exactly has it disappeared? Could you share some screen shots showing the blanks? In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of the app and then log back in so that the app can reload everything from the servers.

A feature that people think they are getting and then come here only to be told it doesn't. Then they ignore the fact that people do want it.
Mind you considering the current dogs dinner of an app we've got that may be just as well.
Best AnswerOh sorry @DebDarl, I am in the UK and I can save things in the custom food entries, but I must admit I have never tried to save a meal so I shall be watching to see what advice you receive as it may be useful to me.
I'm pretty sure someone on here will get you sorted.

@DebDarl Could you share some screen shots of what you are seeing? Also, are you trying to save foods as in logging them to your Dashboard or creating a custom food? Knowing that would definitely give us some insight into what is happening.

From what you are saying it sounds like it is disappearing from the custom foods list.
