Hi @Tlyon

Have moved this thread from the Charge HR to the Android App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

I am having the same problem for the last few days.  I am still able to log my food on the website but it was really handy to be able to log on the phone app before I forgot what I did.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still has the same problem.

Thanks,
Michelle

I am also having this problem for the last week or so.

I've discovered that the Food Log & Calories Left functions seem to have swapped over.

If I click on the Calories Left, I can log my food as normal...

While it's confusing & annoying - at least I haven't lost the function completely.

My app shows where I can enter food, but upon clicking it, it pulls up the colories burned information.  Thinking somehow they swapped, I click calories burned, and still get calories burned.  It's been 2 days now.

Kinda annoyed, but...well for the money, irritated.  Please fix!

@Tlyon @Peamel @DebOz @Puppychase @emili @SunsetRunner I'd recommend trying the steps that my buddy @ErickFitbit posted in this thread.

This should help, but please keep me posted!

It works!! It updated the correct tile. I couldn't care less where I actually enter it as long as the in/out is updated. Thank you thank you!!
