Food, Measurements Disappeared

Android app when adding food used to have options to enter numbers (servings or quantities) then select drop down arrow for measurements (grams, ounces, pounds, tsp, tbsp, cups etc.) No longer there, missing? Called support they said there are no issues,  uninstalled & reinstalled app...

Appreciate any fixes,  tips,  hints

First, I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation with our Customer Support team prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using to sync your Fitbit? Also, when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app 
  6. Login using your Fitbit credentials 

 

Also, please make sure that the mobile device you're currently using is compatible with our products and services.

The issue seems to have started when the app was updated August 15th
