AWAKE! for morning in the bowl of light has cast the stone that set the stars to flight.
Hi, @LysP, welcome to the community, my first suggestion would be to sync your Fitbit app, conduct a full factory reset of your device, delete the app from your phone, restart your phone & re-install. This would give everything a fresh start. If you can let me know which Fitbit device you have and the OS (Android xx) of your phone I can provide more details
Let us know.
Cheers

Best AnswerHi, @LysP, thanks for the update. On your Charge 4 On your Fitbit device, open the settings app>About>clear user data, then restart your Charge 4. You may find this video useful, remember the Fitbit app has moved on since it was made but the basic principle remains the same.
I hope this is useful, let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers
