Food logs not correctly saving

Hi,I'm having a problem with my food log. Everytime I go to save any food it also adds everything I ate the day before to the total. When I delete this food from the day before so I just have what I have eaten logged,then it changes the information from the day before to that of today. I have logged out of Fitbit, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone and watch,and turned my bluetooth  off and  back on.....nothing helps.I have recently had a new phone,but the food log worked fine for a couple of days before this started happening. 

I have been using the food log for a year now ,with it successfully helping me with losing weight ,and I am so frustrated this is now happening. 

Does anyone have any ideas of what I could try please.
