Food logs not syncing

My food logs don't sync on my phone. If I want to have it sync I have to log out and back in each time.

Hi there @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Forums @UNCHeels66! A recent version of the Fitbit app for Android devices was recently released. If you haven't tried, I suggest updating it by following these steps:

 

  1. Open the Google Play store on your device.
  2. Tap the menu button.
  3. Tap My Apps and choose the Fitbit app.
  4. Tap Update. If you want automatic updates in the future, check the Allow automatic updating box.

Once you have done that, try logging out from the Fitbit app and log back in.
