As per the title, having serious challenges with my fitbit Charge HR after less than 8 months.
Charge GR problems: Not Syncing, Wrong Time, Restarting & Erasing at random times.
I have tried to apply new software, but cannot sync or tells me software is up to date.
I have tried to restart / factory reset device, but it starts a timer instead.
If I let it run flat, then recharge it, I can get it to count steps, heart rate etc, but the time is wrong and it won't sync.
Any assistance appreciated!

Welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community @JimmySee! A new version of the Fitbit app has been recently released for Android devices. To get it you can do the following:
Once you get the new version of the app, check out these syncing troubleshoots. Make sure that there isn't another bluetooth device that may be creating interference during the process. Setting up your tracker as a new device following @AlejandraFitbit's instructions may also help you to bring it back to sync as usual. If you are able to get it sync, update your tracker following these instructions.
