Food tile is not working

I have decided to start tracking my food again. When I add the 1x1 widget for Log Food or Scan Barcode it will work the first time I use it (selecting log food takes me directly to the part of the app where I log food) but after the first time when I select it it just takes me to the main Fitbit app (meaning that I would then have to select the food section before I can log my food). It seems to take me to whatever the last page I was on instead of the page that that particular widget was meant for. I know it seems trivial but what's the point of having 8 or so different 1x1 widgets if they're all going to take you to the same place?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the food logging tile not working as it should.

 

My recommendation would be to log out of the Fitbit app and then, log back in and see if this makes any difference. I can also suggest making sure that you're on the latest version of the Fitbit app to ensure it will be working correctly.
