@SunsetRunner Nice to see you again in the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the message you receive on the app about foreground notification.
Is it the same message as this one? If so, what happens when you press okay? People in that other thread just unpaired MobileTrack and apparently paired it again and the message did not pop up again. You could also try that. I honestly do not use MobileTrack nor have I ever received this message. Hopefully this will resolve it for you.
I checked what foreground notifications are. "A foreground service is a background task that performs operations that are going to be shown to the user, so he is aware of updates, mainly through notifications.". I remember that when MobileTrack was on, I used to get a constant notification on screen. I guess that is what they mean. I would also try to go to the Fitbit app settings on your smartphone. Open settings, then go to "apps" and search for Fitbit. There you have settings for notifications. Make sure all are enabled.

I have done all that I was always able to use the mobile tracker. I couldn't get it to work. Thank you anyway. It may be time for a new one.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for your cooperation and sharing the end results. I would keep on trying, it seems to have helped other users. If not, well I hope the other device does not show the same message regarding foreground notifications. We shall see. Thanks again. Have a nice day!
