Hi there, absolutely fed up with constant syncing issues with charge hr. There seems to be a problem with the Bluetooth part of my fitbit connecting to the app. This has been an ongoing issue for the past few days and I have followed all the steps on the help topic. Seems to be a common problem going by the numerous complaints in this forum. So fitbit people how are you going to fix this for me and all the other folk who are having problems? I look forward to hearing the solution!!

Hello there @Weesusieq, good to see you again and thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. At the moment there are no bugs affecting the syncing process with other trackers that are not Ionic or Versa and this issue is already under investigation.
You mentioned about trying different troubleshooting steps to no avail. If the issue persists, make sure to reset your app: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
