Hi, 

 

Over the last 12 days, my flex 2 has not been registering my swim and walks. Instead, it is saying "elliptical" as the only form of exercise at unusual times. I have uninstalled the ap but that didn't help. Any advise please. Thanks.

Hello @Amy2018, great to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member. Certainly that your tracker is logging elliptical instead of swim or walk. Have you tries to reset your Flex 2?

 

If you haven't, please give it a try to this steps here.
