Pixel 2 phone compatibility

Hello, is Versa ever going to be compatible with the Pixel phone? Versa keeps crashing, I did not know when I purchased it that it would not be compatible with the Pixel phone. So sadly, I am returning it. Thanks.

Regarding your question, I don't have this type of information. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones and it might take some time for a new to be added. You can always keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

I own a Pixel 2 XL and just purchased the Versa special edition. Its working with my pixel 2 XL. I have been using it the last three days with no issues. You might try uninstalling the fitbit app and then download it again from the playstore.

Hope it works, the versa is great (and so is my Pixel 2)!

Thanks for the advice. My Versa now syncs with my Pixel except for calendar reminders. Hopefully that will be fixed once Fitbit resolves the syncing and setup issues. And I also agree, the Pixel is great!
