Friends gone after resetting phone

I reset my phone to factory settings thus the fitbit app was blown away.  After reinstalling and logging into fitbit now all my friends are not showing up.  Even if I login on my pc I don't see any of the friends that I used to show.  All history is gone as well.  How do I get back to where I was before I reset the phone?

I found mine there but they aren't showing up when I try to invite them to a challenge.
