Friends profile info won't show up

My friend pages will not show up in the app but they show up on the website . 

This is what I get on the Android app when I click on a friend's name. I have done all the recent updates.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the screenshot that was attached into your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
6. Login using your account credentials.

Hi, Ricardo. This just started happening to me. I noticed it today. I don't recall the last time it displayed properly. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S9. Here's a screenshot of my system status. I haven't gone through your other steps yet.

Ricardo, I performed a force stop and that cleared it up. I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall.
