Joined in 2013. Gave the watch to grandson. He lost it & I just bought the versa 2. How do I erase all & start over?

1) If your grandson used a different Fitbit ID/email, you can just use the same ID/email you were using before, and your old data will still be there.
2) If you really prefer to start over with no old data there, the best way is to create a new account ID with a different email.
