Hi, can someone help me figure out why my friend request isn't being delivered to my friend who is using an iOS device? We've tried inviting one another on desktop and on our mobile devices. We tried using email and user names but nothing works. Thanks

I'd like you to make sure, the latest app version is installed on your phone. Also, confirm this procedure is being followed:
, and tap your profile picture.
Make sure you're checking your app notifications or email inbox to find the friend request.

Hi @SilviaFitbit, I have the latest app version on my phone.
I also followed the procedure you laid out and I have hit the "Add Friend" icon you're referring too. The icon changes from the "+" icon to the clock icon, notifying me that my request has been sent. We wait for the app notification or email but they will never receive a notice for a friend request.
