Several of my friends are showing inactive even when I know they aren't. Every time I look one up for a challenge or to message, I have to go to inactive friends to select them. At first, I thought maybe it was ones that were new but some have been active for quite a while. Is it something on my end or theirs? If its my end, how can I fix it?

Has any recent solution been reported? I have tried the reboot, uninstall, delete and add back. Nothing worked.

Not that I know of. Fixing this problem would also help us with the
unwanted scammers.

I just happened to notice this statement at the bottom of the Friends list - "Some friends are inactive or have opted out of rankings."  But this only seems to answer for some of the friends.
