When I create a challenge and go to invite my friends all of them show "no recent activity". I'm using a Moto Z Force 2 phone.

Dang Its 2020 and still unresolved... Think I will be switching to another activity tracker. The friendly rivalry is one of the biggest draws for me.

And this was 5 months ago and it's still not fixed. Pretty poor show from Fitbit.

@AlvaroFitbit Over a year and a half later this is still and issue have you stopped reading what everyone is posted. My friends DO have activity, they are ranked and I am in challenges with them... but when I create a challenge every single one of my friends says no recent activity. This makes it very difficult to select only those friends who are still wearing their Fitbits regularly. I am on Android with a pixel 4 and I so have the latest version.

I have been trying to weed out my friends who truly are no longer active. Half of my list appears to have moved on from FitBit.
FitBit seems to be concentrating on creating new information for its users, ie the advice that pops up, but has forgotten about what the users really want, the community and the challenges with people who have similar activity. This creates the true challenge for us and pushes us physically, not competing against people who have 70,000 more steps a week.
Yup. If this doesn't get fixed before I need to replace my smart watch, I'll be going with a different company. 🙁

@AlvaroFitbit anything? This is actually the number one reason why I would not replace my current Fitbit. I truly believed this was going to get fixed. It's an easy fix. It can't be the GDPR law since the information is there in one view.
It seems FitBit is competing with other companies when the vommunity is your niche. Don't forget about your community. That is where your future business lies. The ability to see the activity of your friends when INVITING them to a challenge is the one thing that fitbit users enjoy and choose fitbit over other trackers. We get to participate in challenges with equals which motivates us.
There's no need for me to continue with the FitBit brand if this issue isn't fixed.
Currently my friends' list has been HALVED because you are not taking care of your community.
Would really love to hear an update on this!
