Friends steps not getting updated

My steps are updating normally within the app but not updating on my friends steps.

 

I tried syncing the device multiple times and also restarted my android phone but still the same issue. I am using charge 2.

Are any of your steps as a result of manually logging activities or from syncing to 3rd party apps? Only steps directly tracked by your fitbit count towards the total shown on the friends list.

I logged manually 15min walk which was not tracked automatically couple of days back. The issue was not there at that time. Now the problem is that my automatic steps are getting updated but my friend's steps are not. In fact they are decreasing as it shows only last 7 days data.
