Full day of missing data

I have a whole day of missing steps, swimming and weights data on the app after using my data.  

I have tried logging out of the app and turning Bluetooth on and off, and also restarting my phone but all to no avail. 

Please advise.

Also, the app keeps apparently syncing but says 'last sync Thu 18:11, two days ago.
