Not syncing to app

Is anyone else having issues with Blaze not syncing  to the app? Hasnt veen syncing  fpr a couple of weeks. Today I reset, start and restart  bluetooth  and tried deleting  app and setting up again and can no longer connect it to the app.

Hi, @DiahannB! I have noticed that my Blaze has not been syncing with as much ease as my other trackers. I use the Ionic most of the time, but for certain activities I prefer the Blaze. A restart of the tracker and a lot of patience syncing usually does the trick. Also, have you tried syncing in a more isolated location? I think sometimes having lots of bluetooth signals around can confuse the sync. Sometimes, too, even though it seems ridiculous, switching between wifi and data on your phone seems to help.

Hello and thank you for your reply. After much frustration and many restarts, reinstalling etc, my final go to was to restart my phone, which finally responded.
