Hi,

I usually use the app to track my runs, but I found the GPS inaccurate and it lost my location quite easily, the same run on Google fit show an accurate distance and never lost my location. 

Any thoughts?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared.  To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using and which Fitbit as well? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

and let me know how it goes after taking into consideration the information that's there.

Hi,

Thank you for your message.
I'm using an Xiaomi Mi 8 with Android 10 and the Fitbit charge 2.
The GPS works but sometimes is unreliable when compared with the info
collected from other apps such as google fit.
