Not received step badges

Saturday I went 30,000 steps and have not gotten my 25 or 30 thousand badge. I also do not know if my lifetime achievements are updating or if I can see my cumulative report.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This did not help.

Please help!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting, seems odd that you didn't receive your badges for the amount of steps that were tracked. Let me share with you that I've contacted our Customer Support team on your behalf for them to further assist you with this situation. It seems Fitbit does not give you a badge for the highest badge you've earned. It only gives you a badge for the next badge earned. For example, if you've earned the 35,000 step badge and then walk 50,000 steps you should get the badge for 50,000 steps. Fitbit will only give you the badge for the next highest level which would be 40,000 steps in this example.
