Hi
I have a charge 2 that seems to lose its GPS signal whenever my wireless headset is connected via Bluetooth.
It works fine when there is no other Bluetooth connections. I never had this issue however in the last 2 weeks or so I m unable to view my runs on the fitbit app (shows start position and end position only) Appreciate any help. Thank you

Hi @Jwee, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using to route your exercise with the connection GPS feature of your Charge 2?
Please note that if you have multiple Bluetooth products like headsets paired to your phone along with your Fitbit device while using the Connected GPS feature, you may have trouble using more than one at the same time, this is why we recommend our users to turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. In the meantime, you can try using your Fitbit device in the right hand and the mobile device in the other side and vice-versa.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo
I am using the huawei P20 Pro with my fitbit. I have never faced this problem till recently, it was stable before this. I have attached a photo of today's run.
The sync went off after about 10 mins or so. Thanks

Thanks for your reply and the image that was attached into your post @Jwee.
Seems odd that you experience this recently, even more when your Huawei P20 pro is compatible with our products and services. What you can to in the meantime is to use your Charge 2 in the right hand and the mobile device on the left side, this could improve the Bluetooth connection stability. Please try this and let me know how it goes. Also, make sure that the Fitbit app and the Android version of your phone are up to date.
I'll be around.
