GPS map not loading after a run. Android

As the subject states the map of today's run will not load I just get the spinning circle for several minutes hen just a blank screen where the map should be. All of the other information such as pace, distance and heart rate are shown. I have uninstalled/reinstalled  the app and restarted the phone suggested in other posts and still nothing.

Is this both in the Fitbit app and I the Fitbit website.
