For the last 4 walks/runs that I have done, the map does not come out right in the app. I use the built in GPS of my charge 4 and at the end of the activity the distance and pace come out right but the map in the app looks completely wrong. Here an example of a correct vs wrong map. I suppose that because every other result comes out right, it might be the app loading the map and not a GPS problem?

To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this matter can how many times since then? Is this affecting all the activities or just Run? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Charge 4 and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi! Sorry for the delay. This happens in runs or walks (the only activities I do that require GPS) and has happened 8-10 in total. I restarted my Fitbit and it happened again but with the difference that I received a notification in my Fitbit saying that it could not connect to the GPS. I now believe I have problems with the GPS

I get this problem with my charge 3.
It is never had a correct GPS. I have tried with cell data on and off. I tried starting from Charge 3 and from phone app.
Some folks have suggested that the problem is battery saver mode on the phone. Can someone verify this?
