GPS track not correct on android app

Some days ago i tracked a route on my bike.

The android app shows the correct distance, but not the complete route.

When i go to the fitbit web version it shows correctly.

What can i do to solve that problem?

 

 

What i've done so far without solving the issue:

- i logged out of android app, restarted the phone, logged in again

- i also uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, and set it up again
