GPS walk only synced half of the activity

I started  "track exercise" before my walk & the map started.  I clicked Finish when I got to my car, everything was normal, it said I walked for 57 minutes.  My dashboard says I walked for 57 minutes.  But the exercise tracking lists it as a 38 minute walk - with no map.  Why is this not syncing correctly?

Hello there @melissa717, nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! I was reading your post regarding your exercise only marked 38 minutes of activity when in reality the exercise was longer.

I'm wondering, if by any chance at some point of your exercise you paused the exercise? There is a glitch affecting this portion of the app for some users.

If this is not the case, reset your app: I'm sure you just have installed the new version for the Fitbit app in Android. So proceed to try these steps: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

Let me know if this issue persists on a daily basis. See you later!
