So a brand new Galaxy 8 and now I can't get text and call notifications on my fitbit surge?  Are you kidding me?  Why hasn't fitbit fixed this yet?

Hi there @ernperezjr, welcome to the Fitbit Community. The Galaxy 8 have the hardware requirements to be supported devices but are currently not on our list of supported devices.

This means that our Android team has not yet tested it for compatibility and added them to the list. If the devices supports BLE (AKA Bluetooth 4.0). I you are experiencing syncing issues with your Fitbit Surge give it a try to the steps from this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).

If your device isn't listed, you can check the link at a later date to see if device support has been added.

We appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience.
