Dear Community,
my mom used there Charge 2 with an Iphone SE but now she changed the phone to a Samsung A40 (Pie 9).
I cant connect the Fitbit to the phone, i deleted from the account the Charge 2 the restart (reset) it, the remove the app from phone and restart the phone, disable the battery optimization. The result always te same:"Sorry, the setup is taking longer then usual. Please patient. We're on it!" then "Not working? Try again"
Anybody have any idea what can i do?
