Have tried resetting Fitbit have reinstalled app but still device can't be found - what next?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

restart phone
restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
"forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com

Did reinstall app

The one that finally worked was forget my device on my Bluetooth thanks
