I have tried to connect and sync a fitbit ace but keep getting as far as adding the 4 digit code from the device then just says connecting for ages. The device only has "fitbit.com/setup" on the screen (unless I get the 4 digit code on screen). Help please?

Seems odd that you're experiencing such difficulties with the setup process of your Fitbit Ace. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup the Fitbit Ace.
