My tracker is not recording steps

I just did a lot of yard work and none of my steps were recorded. How did I fix this?

Hi @JenniferAnn29, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Let me give you a hand with your concern.

 

Seems odd that your Fitbit device is not recording steps as the way we designed it. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, which Fitbit device you're currently using? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
