I spent literally hours last night trying to sync my galaxy note 7 with my new Alta Fitbit. I just found out that they are not compatible which is very frustrating. I have ealso heard that some have been able to sync their Alta to their Note 7. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how they did that. My Alta shows on my Bluetooth on my phone (along with my car) but when I tried to sync it (after I put in the 4 digit code) it just says "connecting" for over 45 minutes.
TIA!

It's great to see you around @souffoue2. As you mentioned, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is not a compatible phone yet, our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and also, keep in mind that you can always sync your tracker with a computer or compatible device.
Catch you later. ![]()
