Hello @CherieT.

Thanks for sharing your experience with your phone.

It is very possible that this happening because the S10 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

In the meantime perhaps you could vote and comment on this suggestion to add the S10 and its variations to the list of supported devices. Voting and commenting helps show your support for the idea to be implemented. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.

If you have the option, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Welcome to the Forums @Rbump.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for your question.

At this moment we do not have any details of when we could expect the phone to be added to the list of supported devices. Having said that please be sure support this suggestion about it.

As soon as we have any details on the matter we will be sure to let everyone know about it.

If there are any further questions, please let me know.

I don't have any questions, but just a huge complaint.  I recently purchased a Galaxy S10, and I have a Charge 2 and an Inspire HR.  I'm quite annoyed that neither FitBit is compatible with my phone now.

Exactly! What's taking so long?

I just saw this. My bad for not doing my research  My gear fit pro 2 died so I decided to switch to the versa. I just figured the biggest fitness app would work with one of the most popular phones on the planet.

I can get the watch to hook up with the phone but the app wont synch. It will show my heart rate but it wont log the data. I wear one of these mostly for the heart rate tracking. I went versa this time so I had one that the battery would last more that 5 seconds.

Looks like the versa is going back and I will get the Samsung active

There is something wrong with the Fitbit app or Fitbit watches. There should be no compatibility list. Phone and Watch use the same Bluetooth -  a wireless technology standard. It means that every device, even my fridge with Bluetooth should sync with the Fitbit watch. Can you imagine that you need to check if your wifi router is on the compatibility list, to use with your laptop or phone?
Your compatibility list contains almost only old phones. Do I have to buy Samsung Galaxy S4 form 2013 to be sure that it will sync with newest Versa?
I had Amazfit Stratos and Ticwatch pro, and there never was any problem with sync. I also had Fitbit Alta HR, Charge 2 and now I have Versa, and always was a temporary problem with "Device not found".

Apparently fit bit does not care because it's been well over a year and apparently it's still not syncing with the S10? I guess they are not reading these either.  I don't use mine anymore and I don't have another one but if I ever get 1 it won't be a fit bit
