Galaxy S23+ Constant Login Requirement

My wife has an Apple iPhone 13 and I have an Samsung S23+ (Android).  I start this off with that information because my wife's phone does not have this problem - only my Samsung S23+.  So, here's the issue - periodically (sometimes multiple times in a day), the fitbit app will require me to log in.  Since I bought the S23+ late last year, whenever I have to log in, I put in my UID/password and then my phone gets sent a code.  I enter it and every time, the app says it can't log in; try again later.  So, I hit select to log in again and it completes the process (I don't actually log in again, I just select the option to log in again).

This brings up three questions:

1.  Why is this happening only on the Samsung S23+ and not on the Apple iPhone and

2.  What is wrong with the app that it has NEVER completed the process unless I select to log in again?

3.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Hello there @ArmySciCorp, welcome to the Fitbit neighborhood.

Thanks for sharing your question with us and letting us know about your case.

There are a few things that might be causing this issue. First, make sure that the app is up to date. You can check this by going to the Play Store on your S23+ and looking for the Fitbit app and the update button. If the app is up to date, then try checking your phone's security settings. Make sure that you don't have any security software that is logging you out of accounts automatically.
