Galaxy S7 Edge Screen Problem after setting Profile Picture

Hi

My Galaxy S7 Edge has been working fine along with the fitbit app and today I decided to add a profile picture for the first time.  At the precise moment I did, my screen is now displaying oddly with strange colours covering most of the screen - seems unlikely to be a co-incidence.  Annoyingly, there appears to be no way to delete the profile pic from the app and trying it online is giving me an error message so again, I can't delete it.

 

Anybody else seen this issue?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @SG7E. This issue sounds weird. I would recommend logging out from the app, rebooting your phone and logging back in. If your screen is still not displaying properly please uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. 

 

If you keep having the same problem I would recommend contacting Customer Support. They might be able to provide assistance to your case as soon as possible.
