Galaxy Texts STILL not working

I have been dealing with this for 3 months now.  Why will my texts (Samsung Galaxy Ace Style) only show new message and not a name or message?  Enough is enough already...$200 for features that do not work is frustrating

Which messaging program are ypu using, amd whiich version of Android is your galaxy running?
The default messaging app dosplays message count when there is b more t han one unread message. Have you tried Google Messanger and not Android Messanger?

You will need to install a different messaging program, you are seeing the notifacations in the way Android has set it up. See the main notifacation thread pinned to the top.
I use Google Messanger instead of the default messanger, note they both have the same name but different authors.
