Galaxy note 8 will not send motivations to charge 2

I have all notifications turned on and the calories steps Etc syncing however the notifications will not go from the phone to the charge 2

Hi there @Tsad, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! When you mentioned on your post you are not receiving motivations to your tracker, I believe you are referring to Reminders to move feature.

Note that this feature only works with your steps and if you haven't reach your hourly goal of 250 steps in the time period of 10 minutes before the hour limit is reach. If you reach the mark before the remaining 10 minutes then you won't received any notification. 

Also make sure you tracker is syncing or if your tracker is properly st up on your account for this to read your information and can send the reminder. The following post might give you some help to assure if your tracker is set up on your account or for troubleshooting purposes.
