Inhave read that my phone is not compatible with the Fitbit app. Any idea when??? Inlove the app and the Fitbit brand but I can use my new Fitbit. It's really disappointing.

At this moment we do not have any details on when will that phone be added to the list. Having said that, maybe you could support this suggestion about adding the S10 to the list. I've seen this copy/paste answer on several similar questions on the forums. It's ridiculous. This phone has been hyped like crazy. Everyone knew it was coming for months. We shouldn't have to "request" that it be added. Fitbit should be proactively supporting new major phone releases.

I even called support and basically was told the exact same thing, we are working on it, takes time, should work, blah blab blah. I would give fitbit a big 0 on caring about this issue. I questioned the support on phone if anyone looks at these and they insured me they do but, I have noticed complaints go unanswered and like your post mentioned any other answer appears to be stock copy and paste like from a bot.Robot Frustrated
