I was just wondering if anyone could help, i sent my tracker and charger off on the 4th of may it was collected by royal mail in Birmingham on the 7th of may, fitbit have confirmed this but we're on the 23rd of may now and its not been recieved at the warehouse yet, fitbit wasn't concerned by this. How long does this process usually take? I'm getting rather frustrated.

Thanks, i have contacted fitbit by Twitter, and on Facebook (useless lol) i just wondered if someone could actually give advice or share their experience.

@LJB10 In this case my recommendation would be that reply to the last email you were sent by our team and ask about the situation. They should be able to take a closer look at what is going on and assist you get this resolved as soon as possible.
