When you add a tracker on my s3 it says i need to update version in Google ap store it says up to date stuck and frustrated

@usnxad Welcome to the Community! I would like you to make sure that you have the latest version of the app which is 2.28. That would be the reason why you're not able to set up your tracker. You can go to  your device settings and see if you have the latest version or you can go to Google Play and double check if you have any upgrade.

If the app says it is not up to date, but goohle says it is. Delete the app amd install fresh
